ESPRESSO TOSOLINI

Ingredients:

30 ml. Grappa I Legni Tosolini
20 ml. sugar syrup
30 ml. Exprè Tosolini coffee liqueur
30 ml. Espresso coffee

The cocktail:

Exprè Tosolini coffee liqueur is a distillate and infusion of Arabica quality coffee which, combined with I Legni grappa aged for over 12 months in oak wood barriques, reveals the best Espresso Tosolini cocktail. With its distinctive, well-balanced taste, you can enjoy it at any time of the day.

KIR ROYAL

Ingredients:

30 ml. Fragola Bepi Tosolini (including some strawberries)
Prosecco or sparkling wine to top
Ice cubes
A slice of lime

The cocktail:

A light, real Italian, trendy cocktail easy to make. The delicate wild strawberries blend with the freshness of Prosecco and a little ice for a moderately alcoholic cocktail that is perfect at any time of day

SALIZÁ SOUR®

Ingredients:

45 ml. Amaretto Salizà
20 ml. Lemon juice
15 ml. Sugar syrup
1/2 egg white

The cocktail:

Amaretto Salizà, a liqueur made from the infusion of Italian almonds and aged brandy. The taste has warm, enveloping notes and is ideal for the perfect Amaretto Sour, Italian twist, a fresh cocktail which enhances the pleasant contrast between the sweetness of the almonds and the acidity of lemon. Perfect at any time of day.

ICE MOST MULE®

Ingredients:

45 ml. Ice Most
Ginger Beer
15 ml. Lime juice
Ice cubes
Mint leaves for decoration

The cocktail:

Thanks to a triple distillation with artisanal steam pot stills, ICE MOST acquires the unique characteristics of elegance and sophistication. Its special neutrality is perfectly mixable, becoming a fundamental ingredient in new cocktails.

SPRITZ MED®

Ingredients:

45 ml. Ginger Ale
45 ml. Prosecco
30 ml. Amaro Tosolini
Ice cubes

Amaro Tosolini:

This refined liqueur is prepared according to Bepi Tosolini’s original recipe with a blend of fifteen varieties of Mediterranean herbs, soaked in grape spirit “Most®” and the purest water from the Friuli Alps, aged for few months in oak wood casks.
