In the '80s Bepi Tosolini created "Most", a soft and fragrant grape spirit that comes from the distillation of a rich and noble grape must from prestigious friulian grapes. Double distilled in order to obtain a pure, smooth and extremely aromatic distillate that recalls the freshness of the harvest. Fermented must is distilled after a couple of days from its pressing: the typical flavour of new wine is therefore preserved to acquire the original flavours of the grapes. Discovering this masterpiece signed by its creator Bepi Tosolini, Master Distiller in Udine, is a unique emotion.
